H&M to open its first fashion store in Starogard Gdański – EuropaProperty

Fashion retailer H&M has leased more than 1,700 sqm of retail space in the Galeria Neptun shopping centre under construction in Starogard Gdański. The developer was represented in negotiations with the tenant Cushman & Wakefield, which is the exclusive agent responsible for the commercialization of the shopping centre.

Galeria Neptun is being developed at the site of the former footwear factory Neptun at the junction of Pomorska and Jana Pawła II streets in the downtown area of Starogard Gdański. Its construction broke ground in spring 2013. Upon completion Galeria Neptun will total around 24,000 sqm of leasable space and target around 195,000 people living within its catchment area.

Justyna Bartosz, a senior negotiator from the Retail Department of Cushman & Wakefield, said: “H&M will occupy a two-storey store in Galeria Neptun. It will be the largest fashion store in the shopping centre and H&M’s first store in Starogard Gdański. It will also boast the latest fit-out and offer a complete range of H&M’s products”.

Galeria Neptun Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. is the developer of the scheme while Dekpol Sp. z o.o. is the general contractor.
