Harden Construction Completes Third Building at Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II

Harden Construction has completed the third building within the Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II industrial and logistics complex. The latest phase of the development in Jankowo Gdańskie, comprising more than 39,000 sqm, was delivered under a Design & Build contract and has achieved a BREEAM Excellent certification.

Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II benefits from a strategic location adjacent to the S6 and S7 expressway junction, providing excellent connectivity across the entire Tri-City region. As the general contractor for the latest phase of the project, Harden Construction delivered 27,600 sqm of warehouse space, 9,200 sqm of production space and 2,000 sqm of office facilities.

“The completion of Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II demonstrates our ability to combine complex engineering challenges with rigorous environmental standards. We have delivered a facility that not only meets operational requirements but also sets a benchmark for sustainable industrial development and BREEAM certification,” said Paweł Fiuczek, Managing Director of Harden Construction.

The project involved several advanced engineering works, including the construction of nearly one kilometre of specialist stormwater drainage infrastructure. A key section of the facility was fully tailored to the stringent requirements of NRF, an established supplier of cooling solutions. Harden Construction equipped the building with high-performance ventilation systems for brazing furnaces, an extensive compressed-air network and a dedicated storage area for chemical materials.

“The handover of space to NRF confirms our expertise in delivering advanced industrial installations. From high-capacity ventilation systems to compressed-air infrastructure, we have created a facility capable of supporting the most demanding manufacturing processes,” said Łukasz Kozerski, Operations Director at Harden Construction.

The development was delivered in line with the principles of sustainable industrial construction and has achieved a BREEAM Excellent certification. Biologically active areas account for almost 45% of the site, including more than 50,000 sqm of professionally landscaped green space.
