Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska joins MLP Poznań

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska has leased a total of 5,350 sqm at the MLP Poznań logistics park. Nearly 500 sqm will be allocated to office and staff facilities, with the remaining space used for modern warehousing operations. The facility is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of next year. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland advised Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska throughout the transaction.

MLP Poznań is being developed on a 19.2-hectare site and will ultimately offer approximately 90,000 sqm of modern warehouse and production space. All buildings are subject to BREEAM certification, confirming their high environmental and quality standards.
