PKO Bank Polski will be the first office tenant of the Hi Piotrkowska complex, which is being constructed in the centre of Łódź. The new seat of the bank will occupy 1,650 sqm of space located on the ground floor and the eighth floor of the office tower. The completion of the building is scheduled for March 2020.
