HiKOKI (formerly: Hitachi) has extended its warehouse and office lease at the Ursus Logistics Center. The Japanese technological company occupies more than 2,300 sqm at the complex. The tenant was represented during the lease renegotiation by Cushman & Wakefield.
As a global leader in the power tool industry, Koki Holding has been at the forefront of product design and innovation incorporating pioneering Japanese technologies since 1948 (the firm holds approximately 2,500 patents). It has more than 320,000 staff globally.
The Ursus Logistics Center is a Class A warehouse and office park offering a total of 11,500 sqm. It enjoys easy access to Warsaw’s major thoroughfare (Jerozolimskie Avenue) and the A2 motorway (Warsaw – Poznań). It is also located close to the S8 expressway, also called “Toruńska Route” (Wrocław – Warsaw – Białystok). The owner of the Ursus Logistics Center is Orpol Group.
“I would like to thank HiKOKI for their trust and appointing Cushman & Wakefield to renegotiate the lease. Thanks to our cooperation with the facility’s owner we developed successful solutions for our client and achieved the objectives set for both parties to the agreement,” said Urszula Duval Rasmussen, Senior Negotiator, Industrial and Logistics Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
