Hillwood acquires Logistics Park in the Tri-City

Hillwood has expanded its Polish portfolio with a logistics park covering nearly 43,000 sqm, located in Gdańsk, in the eastern part of the city. Its strategic location near the A1 motorway, the Tri-City Bypass, and the Baltic Hub Container Terminal makes the facility a key point on the region’s logistics map.

The logistics park was acquired from funds managed by Blackstone and consists of two fully leased warehouse buildings on Elbląska Street—one measuring 27,000 sqm and the other 16,000 sqm. The full commercialization of the facility confirms its attractiveness and significance for the logistics sector.
