Hillwood Poland Completes €155m Financing for Logistics Portfolio

In the fourth quarter of 2025, Hillwood Poland completed a financing transaction with Bank Millennium S.A. to acquire logistics properties located in Tychy, Bieruń, and two parks in Wrocław. The total financing amounted to approximately €155 million and comprised an acquisition loan together with a VAT financing facility. The total gross leasable area (GLA) of the acquired assets is 250,000 sqm.
