Hines, one of the most respected and innovative global real estate investment firms with a pioneering commitment to sustainability, is successfully commercializing office space in the Ambassador Office Building. The lease agreements were signed with HarperCollins Polska publishing house and LDI Polska, an entity belonging to Groupe Le Duff, a representative of BRIDOR, a manufacturer of bakery products. HarperCollins Polska will occupy over 6,000 square feet on the third floor and will move into the new office early next year. LDI Polska has leased over 550 square feet on the ground floor and has already taken over space in mid-September. Both leases are for 5 years.
“The commercialization of the Ambassador Office Building is proceeding very swiftly, despite difficult market conditions resulting from the pandemic. The Ambassador Office Building is very popular due to its high quality, excellent location, rich associated infrastructure and ecological solutions,” says Monika Igła, leasing manager, Hines. “However, that is not all. We can see that a flexible approach and speed are playing an increasingly important role in the leasing process. At Hines, we always try to meet the expectations of our tenants by discussing and fine-tuning every detail with them.”
“Choosing the location, we considered factors such as convenient location, good access by various means of transport and high quality of the building,” says Joanna Goławska, Management Board Assistant, HarperCollins Polska. “Also, the timing was very important to us – we want to move into the new office in early 2021. Hines is able to provide us with the quality and space we were looking for very quickly.”
“Finding a new office was a challenge for us – we wanted it not only to meet certain requirements in terms of quality and space arrangement but also to be available immediately. Hines has worked diligently to adjust the space to our needs in a very short time,” says Paweł Feliga, Country Manager, LDI Polska.
