Home&you in Galeria Libero – EuropaProperty

A shop offering interior design products and elegant home accessories of the home&you brand will occupy more than 300 sqm in Galeria Libero, which is being developed by Echo Investment.

“We want the home&you brand to be present in attractive retail locations. Thus the decision to lease an area in Galeria Libero in Katowice,” said Arkadiusz Sobczak, director of the retail sales chain at BBK S.A. “Our shop simply had to be there. Libero’s large catchment area and its attractive customer profile are some of the most important reasons for singing the contract.”

Tomasz Domoń, manager of the commercialization team in Echo Investment’s Shopping Centre Department, said: “Home&you is a brand offering a broad range of elegant interior design accessories, which is perfectly in line with the offer of our project.”

Home&you is the leader of the Home&Decoration business line. The brand has over 130 shops in 70 cities and towns. Home&you is owned by BBK S.A., the portfolio of which also includes the Essex and à Tab brands.

Galeria Libero is a new exciting place on the retail map of Katowice – a fresh look at shopping, entertainment, recreation and sport. More than 150 shops, numerous restaurants, cafes, a multiplex cinema, a fitness club – Libero is the only place in the region to include such an extensive sports and recreational offer. It also contains a modern urban square featuring fountains, an amphitheatre, a skate park, an ice rink and some areas for relaxation, stationary games and other outdoor activities.

Libero is being developed on Tadeusza Kościuszki Street in Katowice. Its opening is planned for the spring of 2018.
