P3, a long-term investor, developer and manager of European logistics properties, announced the extension of a multi-year lease agreement for over 34,000 sqm of warehouse and office space, used by its tenant, HOPI.
Michał Kowalczyk, Leasing Manager P3 Logistic Parks in Poland, says: “We are delighted that HOPI – one of our long-term tenants – has decided to continue our cooperation and it is staying at the P3 Mszczonow Park. The agreement extension for the following years confirms not only the excellent location of our park near Warsaw, but also the client’s trust in the quality of our services and our partnership.”
The HOPI facility in the P3 Mszczonow Park is the company’s central warehouse and headquarters. According to the developer, the building design follows all the principles of sustainable development. PIR core panels were used in the construction stage, providing more effective insulation from external factors. LED lighting with a DALI control system is used inside the warehouse, while the bathrooms feature motion sensor-controlled lighting and water-saving systems. The facility also has a solar installation to preheat the water. In front of the building, there are bicycle parking spaces and electric car charging stations. An astronomical clock controls the LED outdoor lighting. The warehouse is BREEAM certified with a Very Good rating.
Robert Korczakowski, Managing Director, HOPI in Poland, says: “The advanced warehouse at the P3 Mszczonow Park, built in line with our requirements, has been serving us perfectly for years, which is why we have decided to extend the lease agreement. Moreover, Mszczonów has an excellent location – it is not only close to Warsaw, but it also ensures easy and quick access to regional cities. All these factors support our ability to provide our customers with a required level of service and guarantee efficient distribution of our products throughout the country.”
P3 Mszczonów Park is located only 50 km south-west of Warsaw, along the S8 expressway connecting the capital with southern Poland. It is also close to the A2 motorway connecting the western and eastern parts of the country, as well as the A1 motorway running from south to north.
