Horwath HTL has announced the return of the HOTCO conference being held in Budapest from May 30th to May 31st. The event returns after a COVID hiatus for its fifth instalment with the theme of ‘Recouping Hotel investment values and progressing with new developments’.
The event, which has become the most significant and anticipated hotel investment event focusing on the CEE region, brings together the most important players in hospitality and hotel real estate for two days of networking, plenary sessions and business. The key companies in hotel real estate: owners, banks, investment funds, private equity, venture capital, developers, hotel brands and advisors will all descend on
the Kempinski Hotel Corvinus, Budapest to learn about the current state of the industry.
So far over 50 speakers from around the industry have confirmed, with more to be announced before the event starts. The event itself is it expecting attendance to be over 250.
