Global City Holdings group and Hotel Professionals Management Group have signed a contract for development advisory & management of a four-star hotel to be built at Park of Poland in Wręcza near Mszczonów.
The first phase of Park of Poland is Suntago Water World which is planned to be the largest water park in Central & Eastern Europe construction of which began last year. An integral part of the Park of Poland will be the 4-star hotel with ca. 240 rooms and conference facilities, planned to open in the 4th quarter of 2020.
Hotel Professionals Management Group will provide strategic advisory services during the phase of hotel construction and project development, as well as will manage the hotel. Park of Poland will be located between Warsaw and Łódź, at Wręcza near Mszczonów. It will be reached by the A2 motorway and the S8 express road. The entire project will cover 400 hectares, including 20 hectares for the water park. In the complex, GCH intends to build Suntago Water World, theme parks, bungalows, hotels, a conference and retail centre, Silicon Valley-style office buildings, as well as apartment buildings.
Suntago Water World will be the first stage of Park of Poland complex. The facility will have 30 water slides, thermal baths, mineral pools, a spa complex, and over ten different types of saunas. The opening is planned for the first half of 2019. The park will create about 600 jobs.
