Expert on the international hotel investment and real estate market, Alex Kloszewski has opened his own independent consulting company in Warsaw. It is the first company in Poland to provide such a comprehensive list of consulting services and knowledge-driven solutions for the hotel market in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.
Alex Kloszewski was Partner and Director of Hospitality Department at Colliers International Poland for the last nine years. “This move aims to increase flexibility in the selection of services that we can provide clients,” commented Alex Kloszewski. “It also enables the continued work and cooperation with Colliers, who remain Hotel Professionals’ very important client, as well as enabling us to work with and provide services to other agencies in the real estate market in Poland and Europe.”
The new company will operate under the name Hotel Professionals and includes a team of experts who worked with Alex Kloszewski at the Colliers’ Hospitality Department.
Hotel Professionals offers its clients comprehensive consulting services in such areas as support for new hotel investments, as well as in the already existing hotel networks and independent facilities. In response to market needs Hotel Professionals is also directing its services to smaller hotels, located outside key locations. Apart from consulting services to hotels, Hotel Professionals specializes in associated infrastructure, including conference and congress centres, exhibitions, spa resorts, bars, restaurants, casinos, etc.
Alex Kloszewski is the Managing Director of the new Hotel Professionals consulting company. He is the former Managing Director of InterContinental Hotels Poland & Czech Republic and has been involved in the hotel sector since 1973. He has worked for hotel chains such as Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Hotels, Wyndham Hotels International, InterContinental, in the United States, Aruba and Poland.
Magda Kossowska, Jacek Tokarski and Patrick Kloszewski form part of the Hotel Professionals core team as Partners. They have worked at Colliers International Poland for the last seven years with Alex Kloszewski. Together they completed more than 250 consulting assignments for the hotel sector, including for the Marriott Hotel in Warsaw, Double Tree by Hilton in Łódź, Warsaw and Wrocław, Hilton Garden Inn in Balice, Holiday Inn in Dąbrowa Górnicza, Hotel OSSA Congress & Spa, the Focus and DeSilva hotel chains, the Andel’s Hotel Łodź and many others.
