Hotspot, an established office space operator, is continuing its expansion in Bucharest with the launch of Hotspot Exclusive, the company’s third location. The new space will open in One Tower, a Class A office building within One Floreasca City, the mixed-use development by One United Properties.
Spanning more than 1,400 sqm, the project marks a new stage in Hotspot’s growth strategy and the expansion of its portfolio into the premium corporate segment. Hotspot Exclusive will introduce a premium serviced office concept to the Bucharest market, integrating services, technology and flexibility within a working environment designed around the current standards and requirements of companies.
The leasing process for the space that will accommodate Hotspot Exclusive within One Tower was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
“Hotspot Exclusive marks a new stage in the development of our company and in the direction in which we want to evolve. Hotspot Exclusive continues this development through a concept with a distinct premium positioning, designed for companies that view the workplace as an important part of their identity, organisational culture and employee experience. Choosing One Floreasca City for Hotspot’s third location is fully aligned with this positioning and with our strategy of expanding into landmark office developments in Bucharest.”, said Andreas Schlote, Founder & Strategic Investor, Hotspot. “We aim to develop a location with a clear identity, where the quality of the space, services and overall experience matches the standards of the companies we want to welcome into our community, companies that share values such as professionalism, quality, precision and respect for people and for which the choice of headquarters is an expression of their own standards.”
Cristina Dumitrescu, Business Development Director, Hotspot, added: ” We are seeing an increasingly clear shift in the way that companies choose their workspaces. Today, flexibility continues to be an important feature, but it is evaluated alongside the building’s location, its quality, the level of services, technology, and the experience offered to employees. Hotspot Exclusive responds to this trend with a concept designed for companies that seek a premium space, with integrated services and flexibility to meet the organisation’s current and future needs, without compromising work standards or the organization’s image.”
Hotspot Exclusive is expected to become operational by the end of 2026, and the interior design concept, created by Lemon Interior Design, will reflect the new location’s premium positioning in a space designed to meet the standards and needs of the corporate environment.
