108 appoints New Business Development Director
André Kerremans has been appointed the new Business Development Director for the 108 REAL ESTATE group’s Central and Eastern Europe region. His mandate rests on two pillars of equal weight: regional business development and CEE coordination. On the commercial side, he will develop cross-border mandates and build relationships with decision-makers on the occupier side — heads of real estate, supply chain directors and procurement leaders at major logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing and 3PL companies operating across the region — and represent 108 REAL ESTATE at CEE-level industry conferences and forums. Alongside his commercial role, André Kerremans will also contribute to implementing internal processes and introducing innovations to real estate practice.
André Kerremans has been active in the industrial property market for thirty years. He has worked primarily in the CEE region, where he held senior management positions, including board roles, at companies such as ILD, IIG and Van Moer Logistics. He also brings extensive experience in innovative information and communication technologies, financial processes, and the setup and management of operational systems. “This is exactly what we need as our group continues to grow. We have strong local teams in five countries; what the next stage requires is someone who operates across borders — connecting our markets, driving cross-country mandates and building the senior relationships that no single country team can maintain alone. At the same time, the moment has come when we can showcase numerous case studies and successful deals. We have a broad international client portfolio, ranging from developers and landowners to end tenants and investors. André will help us develop our services and establish our position at a pan-European level,” says Jakub Holec, CEO of 108 REAL ESTATE.
Besides his professional track record, André Kerremans’s qualifications for a successful mission at 108 REAL ESTATE are backed by his education: he holds a bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology from Ghent and a master’s degree in Logistics Management. He deepened his experience on the side of logistics operators, warehouse tenants and their developers. For more than 13 years, he was responsible for developing the logistics portfolio of the Belgian developer ILD, including in the Central and Eastern European region.
