Accolade Expands in Poland with Creation of Transaction Director Role

Accolade has strengthened its presence in Poland by creating a new position, Transaction Director. Jakub Leszczyński, who has been with the company for nearly seven years, has taken on this role. In his new position, Jakub is responsible for overseeing all transactional processes, including project financing and refinancing, the selection and structuring of development processes, and the acquisition of new and existing warehouse projects. One of his key achievements since assuming this role has been the successful execution of one of Poland’s largest green refinancing deals, valued at €180 million.

Jakub Leszczyński holds a law degree from the University of Warsaw and is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Legal Advisors. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). With over ten years of experience, Jakub previously worked in transaction teams specializing in M&A, capital markets, and debt financing at both international and domestic law firms.
