Accolade Industrial Fund Expands Operations in Poland
Accolade Industrial Fund, one of the largest European funds investing in modern industrial real estate, is strengthening its presence in Poland. Małgorzata Sablińska has been appointed as Business Development and Capital Raising Director to lead the fund’s expansion efforts in the country.
Accolade Industrial Fund is an alternative investment fund that enables real estate investment and is active in six European countries. The fund manages over 2 million sqm of modern industrial space, leased to over 100 reputable companies, primarily in the light manufacturing, logistics, and e-commerce sectors.
Its portfolio, spanning over 2 million sqm across 36 parks in Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic, Spain, the Netherlands, and Slovakia, continues to grow. Poland has become the fund’s largest market, with 18 industrial parks and over 1 million square meters of space, thanks to its strategic location, developed infrastructure, and rapidly growing e-commerce and manufacturing sectors.
“For years, Accolade Industrial Fund has successfully pursued its investment strategy in the Czech Republic and other European countries, consistently building a stable and profitable portfolio of modern industrial properties. Poland is a natural next step in our development – it’s the largest warehouse market in Central and Eastern Europe, with a fast-growing e-commerce sector, modern infrastructure, and significant investment potential. We already have a strong foothold here, with 18 industrial parks and over 1 million square meters of warehouse space. Now, we aim to create new investment opportunities for Polish investors as well. Małgorzata Sablińska’s addition to our team is an important step toward building a professional distribution network and driving our further growth in the Polish market,” said Tomas Hanacek, Head of Business Development at Accolade.
Małgorzata Sablińska’s appointment highlights the company’s strategic commitment to expanding its operations in Poland and strengthening its investor relationships. In her role at Accolade, she will be responsible for business development and capital raising. She will work closely with the management team to develop strategies for introducing investment products to institutional and retail markets, including partnerships with banks, pension funds, insurance companies, and investment distributors.
Małgorzata Sablińska brings over 20 years of experience in the investment fund industry. She began her career at Morgan Stanley Investment Management in New York and London. For the past 18 years, she was with Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she was responsible for business development and client relations in Poland and Greece. She holds degrees from Villanova University (USA) and SDA Bocconi (Italy).
