7R Appoints Andrzej Wroński as Chief Executive Officer
Warehouse and industrial developer 7R has confirmed that Andrzej Wroński has formally assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Andrzej brings more than two decades of leadership and operational experience in the logistics property sector and will be responsible for the company’s day-to-day management and delivery of its business plan.
“From 7 January, Andrzej has taken the full responsibility for leading 7R as CEO,” said Petri Valkama, Partner & Head of Strategic Transactions at Urban Partners (previously NREP). “His experience and understanding of the logistics property market will support disciplined growth and consistent delivery for our customers and partners. With Andrzej at the helm, we are entering a new growth phase where we build a platform that enables tenants and partners to operate smarter, faster, and more sustainably.”
“I am looking forward to starting in the role,” said Andrzej Wroński. “My priorities are clear: strong execution, close cooperation with customers, and a focus on solutions that meet operational requirements, not only on the day of handover, but throughout the lease term. The logistics real estate landscape is evolving rapidly, hence tenants want more than just space. They want performance, sustainability, and strategic alignment, and our mission will be to anticipate those needs and deliver solutions that empower our clients to scale with confidence, according to our beyond warehouse attitude. 7R also values its long-standing, constructive relationships with institutional funds and the broader capital markets. Continued confidence from our investors and financing partners supports disciplined growth and the execution of our development pipeline.”
