Avison Young appoints Head of Office Agency in Romania

Real estate consultancy company Avison Young announced that Otilia Bordei has joined the team as Head of Office Agency. At Avison Young, Otilia Bordei will be responsible for developing and consolidating the department’s position in the market, managing the agency’s relationship with office building developers and providing consultancy for tenants.

Otilia Bordei joins the Avison Young Romania team, after five years in the Leasing & Asset team of Skanska Romania, one of the largest development and construction companies on the market, where she was involved in some of the largest transactions on the Romanian office market. Previously, she worked for three years for the real estate consulting company Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
