Avison Young expands Industrial Agency operations
Avison Young is not slowing down its growth in Poland and Europe and is already expanding the Industrial Agency team – business line launched in 2024.
Two new joiners are Katarzyna Burlińska, who takes on the role of Senior Consultant, and Konstancja Trębicka, who joins as an Assistant.
Katarzyna Burlińska is a real estate and logistics specialist with an MBA degree. Before joining Avison Young, she built her career both in Poland and abroad, working with companies such as E-llis B.V., Flash B.V., Cordis Logistics, and Colliers.
Katarzyna has extensive experience in the transport and logistics industry, particularly in transport and delivery planning, leasing advisory, and business development. Drawing on her in-depth market knowledge, she now focuses on providing services related to warehouse and logistics space leasing.
At Avison Young, Katarzyna will be responsible for acquiring new clients for projects across Poland, supporting companies in lease renegotiations, identifying new space, and negotiating lease terms and conditions.
Konstancja Trębicka is a student of the Faculty of Economics at Kozminski University in Warsaw. She gained her first professional experience in office administration, warehouse resource management, as well as sales reporting and planning.
At Avison Young, Konstancja is developing her career in the commercial real estate market, supporting the Industrial Agency team by collecting and analysing market information and managing databases.
The scope of Industrial Agency services in Poland includes market analysis and forecasts, representation in lease and sale negotiations, planning and development of industrial properties according to client requirements, handling sale and leaseback transactions, etc.
