Avison Young expands Polish team
The Poland office continues its growth momentum in 2026 with the appointment of two new consultants, further strengthening its Office Agency and Investment Advisory teams. Natalia Puza joins as Senior Consultant in Office Agency, while Damian Bafeltowski takes on the role of Consultant in Investment Advisory.
Natalia Puza brings more than 11 years of experience in the office leasing sector, having previously worked at Colliers, where she specialised in tenant representation. She has advised occupiers on office relocations, lease renegotiations and corporate consolidations, aligning business strategies with market conditions. With strong expertise in flexible workspace and established relationships with leading operators, Natalia adds valuable insight at a time when flexibility is increasingly central to occupier decision-making. At Avison Young, she will focus on tenant representation, supporting clients on both Warsaw and regional office projects.
Damian Bafeltowski holds a master’s degree in Spatial Management from the University of Warsaw, specialising in territorial foresight. He has participated in EU-funded and advisory projects covering infrastructure, urban mobility and land development. Before joining Avison Young, Damian worked in the industrial and logistics sector at Colliers, supporting leasing, sales and advisory assignments. In his new role, he will contribute to market analysis, research and reporting, as well as commercial due diligence across all real estate sectors.
