Avison Young boosts Technical Advisory & Project Management team

Daniel Orczyk has taken the role of Senior Project Manager at the technical advisory department of Avison Young in Poland. Daniel is a licensed structural engineer and building site manager with over 20 years of experience, gained on projects across Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, the Middle East, the USA, Spain and the UK.

With his vast knowledge of FM Global, VdS, NFPA standards, property management, building installations, administrative procedures and permitting process, engineering and construction standards, EPCM contracts. He specialises in project management, technical supervision, technical due diligence, and structural design within commercial real estate and data centres.

Daniel can boast of an impressive track record within retail, residential, industrial, pharmaceutical, food, and data centre sectors. Before joining Avison Young, Daniel has worked in companies – among others – HaskoningDHV, Arcadis, WSP Polska, Arup and other British engineering companies while working abroad.

The Technical Advisory and Project Management Department, led by Tomasz Daniecki, is a well-coordinated team of engineers from various disciplines, each with many years of experience in managing technical projects within the commercial real estate market. The department provides services including project monitoring, project management and technical due diligence across all market segments.
