Avison Young Valuation and Advisory team in Poland welcomed a new member, Michał Marynowski, who has taken the role of Assistant Valuer.
Michał graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology. He has already gained initial professional experience in real estate and public investments. Among other experiences, he worked at the Court of Appeal in Warsaw, where he was responsible for verifying execution documentation for selected investments, updating data in the premises database for court buildings, and analysing tender bids. Proficient in GIS, AutoCAD, and Revit, he also has strong skills in interpreting planning documents.
At Avison Young, Michał is further developing his expertise in the real estate sector, particularly in the field of property valuation.
