Avison Young Technical Advisory team in Poland welcomes a new member, Maciej Wieczorkiewicz.
Maciej is an experienced engineer with many years of experience managing fit-out projects and investments in the commercial property sector. During his career development, he has worked for companies such as Made In Terior, TECAS Fitout and Colliers Define. He is competent in space design and supervising the execution of construction works of all branches. Maciej has coordinated the work of technical teams on many occasions, also being responsible for contract negotiations, managing investment costs and schedules, as well as stakeholder relations.
“Our entire team has extensive experience in both delivering and monitoring fit-out office space projects,” comments Tomasz Daniecki, Director, Head of Technical Advisory. “And with Maciej joining our team, we will be able to engage in providing consultancy services of fit-out works to an even greater extent.”
