Beata will be responsible for the commercialization of office buildings managed by Corees Polska. Her duties include developing leasing strategies for office spaces, acquiring new tenants, and conducting lease negotiations and renegotiations.
A seasoned professional in commercial real estate advisory, Beata brings 25 years of industry experience, having worked both on the tenant and property owner sides. Her client portfolio includes large international corporations as well as smaller businesses. Beata is committed to delivering efficiency and effectiveness. Her passion lies in client interaction, and she thrives on managing the leasing process from the initial meeting to the handover of office space ready for use.
Before joining Corees, Beata worked at CA Immo and DTZ Polska (now Cushman & Wakefield) in the office and retail leasing divisions. She also served as an Asset Manager for properties in the CA Immo portfolio.
