Denisa Gelatková has been appointed the new Managing Director of Blue Assets CZ & SK, replacing Robert Chmelař, who has decided to pursue a career change. Blue Assets is a member of the international real estate group Panattoni, and in the Czech Republic, it manages over 1.5 million sqm of commercial real estate.
Denisa Gelatková has been working for Blue Assets since 2023 as Regional Property Management Director. She is a real estate management professional with a wealth of experience from working at renowned companies like Pinnacle, Lidl, and Knight Frank. During her career, she has been involved in the management of major projects from the Accolade Group’s portfolio, including Panattoni Park Cheb, Ostrov u Stříbra, and the Hořovice, Zdice and Ostrov nah Ohří industrial parks.
The new Managing Director of Blue Assets CZ & SK enjoys spending her free time with her daughter. Her hobbies include sports, especially inline skating and swimming. She also enjoys reading, cooking, and travelling.
