BNP Paribas Real Estate strengthens its Capital Markets department
BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland has strengthened its capital markets department with the arrival of Bartłomiej Sutkowski, a highly valued expert with almost 15 years of experience within the real estate industry. In the team led by Mateusz Skubiszewski, the new Associate Director will deal with projects relating to the office market segment.
“Offices are undergoing a huge transformation and will face major challenges in the forthcoming years. The pandemic has clearly accelerated a great many of them, but we should not lose sight of previous phenomena that impacted strongly the office ecosystems of the past, such as technology, communication, a sharing economy, mobility or ecology. Taken all together, they permit market players to thoroughly check and revise their own strategies and give sufficient time to make bold but well-thought-out decisions. In order to wisely support investors throughout this ongoing process, we need advisors with comprehensive experience, a good sense of the overall market and keeping their ear firmly to the ground with regard to global trends. Bartłomiej has all of these facets, which is why he is a key and strong reinforcement for our team,” commented Mateusz Skubiszewski, Head of Capital Markets.
Bartłomiej Sutkowski will take on the position of Associate Director and will focus his efforts on business development and comprehensive consulting in projects conducted on the office market, both in Warsaw and in regional cities. The new director will closely cooperate with other departments within the company, managing projects in accordance with the company’s philosophy of SIMS (Smart Integrated Management Solutions), which assumes a completely holistic approach to real estate at each stage of its life cycle, and thanks to the consolidation of a variety of competencies and experiences of individual BNPPRE teams, allows one to better anticipate future customer needs and submit tangible solutions aimed at increasing investment value.
For the majority of his professional life, he was associated with Hines, one of the most renowned real estate investment, management and development companies. Since the beginning of 2018, as Business Development Manager in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, he has been involved in several significant transactions for the market in the office, logistic, and land property sectors. Previously, as Head of Research, he managed the work of the analytical team, developing analyses, reports and strategic recommendations for the needs of projects carried out in all market sectors. He is a graduate of SWPS University, as well as in postgraduate studies at the University of Reading and the Warsaw School of Economics.
