Bogi Gabrovic joins Peakside to drive acquisitions across Poland

Peakside Capital Advisors has engaged Bogi Gabrovic to support the company’s investment and acquisition activities in Poland as part of its strategy to further expand its presence in one of Central Europe’s most attractive real estate markets.

As part of this collaboration, Bogi Gabrovic will advise the Board and support Peakside in identifying, evaluating and executing opportunities across selected real estate sectors. Her focus will be on portfolio transactions, platform investments and corporate acquisitions, complementing Peakside’s existing acquisition capabilities and supporting the company’s growing emphasis on larger and more complex investment opportunities.

The engagement reflects Peakside’s intensified efforts to grow its operations in Poland through both development and acquisition-led expansion. Building on strategies successfully implemented in Germany and Slovenia, the company is actively pursuing portfolio acquisitions, corporate transactions and platform-building opportunities across selected sectors in the Polish market.

Peakside is targeting opportunistic and value-add investments where active asset management, repositioning, operational improvements, or platform creation can unlock significant value. The company has access to capital and financing capacity, providing flexibility to pursue attractive opportunities as they arise.

Bogi Gabrovic is an experienced real estate executive, board advisor and transaction specialist with more than 25 years of experience across investment management, development, acquisitions and corporate finance in Central and Eastern Europe. She has held senior executive and board-level positions with leading international real estate investors and developers, including CTP, Golub & Company and White Star Real Estate. Most recently, as Board Member and Deputy Country Head of CTP Poland, she played a key role in building one of the country’s leading logistics platforms. Throughout her career, she has advised on transactions exceeding €2 billion in aggregate value. She has extensive experience in acquisitions, capital raising, platform development and business scaling across multiple real estate sectors.
