
Catella Appoints New Investment Management Head
Catella Group announced the appointment of Dominik Röhrich as Head of Investment Management. He will lead the Group’s Investment Management platform covering Fund and Asset Management operations across twelve European countries with over €14 billion in assets under management. He will focus on driving pan-European growth, enhancing performance, and strengthening institutional partnerships. He will assume the position on 1 March 2026.
Dominik Röhrich brings over two decades of experience in real estate investment, fund management, and executive leadership. The appointment reflects Catella’s continued commitment to strengthening its pan-European investment capabilities and delivering differentiated value to clients and partners. He succeeds Timo Nurminen, who’s retiring at the end of the year after 27 years within the company. Timo has led and successfully developed the business area since its inception in 2015. Since March, he has been replaced by Jyrki Konsala as Acting Head of Investment Management.
As Head of Investment Management, Dominik Röhrich will lead Catella’s investment strategies. He will collaborate with Fund Management and Asset Management teams to drive performance, develop new investment vehicles, and advance Catella’s strategic goals—expanding in key markets, strengthening institutional partnerships, and integrating sustainability and innovation across the investment lifecycle.
Dominik Röhrich has held senior roles at leading European real asset investment firms, including over 14 years at PATRIZIA. Most recently, he was Managing Director at PATRIZIA Real Assets KVG GmbH and CIO DACH & Head of Fund Management – Core Commercial at PATRIZIA SE. Earlier, he worked as Asset & Investment Manager at Catella Real Estate AG KAG. He holds a Diploma in Business and Economics.
