Real estate consultancy CBRE has named Joanna Sinkiewicz as Head of Industrial and Logistics for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Management and Marketing, with a specialization in real estate management.
In her new position, she will be responsible for coordinating activities and initiatives in the industrial and logistics sector in eight countries across the CEE region, building business relationships with the company’s clients and searching for tenants interested in expanding regionally.
Sinkiewicz has many years of experience in working with tenants from a range of different industries, including logistics, distribution, pharmaceuticals, and production. Sinkiewicz was a Partner and Director of the industrial department for the CEE region at Cushman & Wakefield and the Director of the Industrial and Logistics Agency in Poland.
She holds the title of a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and belongs to the SIOR (Society of Industrial Office Realtors) association of real estate advisors.
