
Changes in the Management Board of Apsys Polska
Katarzyna Kopszak-Dziurnikowska, the former Director of Investments in the organization, has joined the Management Board of Apsys Polska.
Katarzyna Kopszak-Dziurnikowska is an expert with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and extensive professional competencies. She has been with Apsys Polska since 2021 as the Director of Investments. In this role, she was responsible for acquiring land for new ventures, selecting locations for revitalization projects, and overseeing the formal and administrative processes related to obtaining building permits.
“Katarzyna’s appointment to the Management Board is a natural choice for us. Over the past years, in the development department, we have worked together on ambitious initiatives requiring dedication and high-level expertise, including the unique revitalization project of the historic Hala Targowa in Gdańsk and the Nowa Stawowa investment in Wrocław, which is now entering the implementation phase. Katarzyna Kopszak-Dziurnikowska’s appointment marks the first step in the succession process within the Management Board of Apsys Polska. She will gradually take over the responsibilities of Vice President Maciej Wróblewski, ultimately succeeding him in the position.
Before joining Apsys Polska, Katarzyna Kopszak-Dziurnikowska managed investment projects not only in Poland but also in Switzerland, France, Germany, Portugal, and Romania. Her expertise includes operations involving private equity investment funds and joint ventures with large institutional funds. Her professional experience also covers portfolio management in various real estate segments: industrial, office, retail, and residential, as well as collaboration with financial institutions and tenants. Additionally, she possesses comprehensive knowledge of investment processes (from acquisition to sale) and in-depth familiarity with the construction and development industries.
Katarzyna Kopszak-Dziurnikowska holds a degree from the Faculty of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw and has completed MBA postgraduate studies at SGH Warsaw School of Economics and HEC Paris, specializing in management.
