Christoph Mantler Joins MLP Group

MLP Group is bolstering its presence in Austria with a strategic appointment. Having assumed the role of Senior Project Manager, Christoph Mantler will provide support in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the implementation of construction projects.

Christoph Mantler has extensive technical expertise in the execution of construction projects. He graduated from the Vienna University of Technology with a major in civil engineering as well as earning a master’s degree in construction management and business administration from the PEF Private University of Management. He honed his skills in a range of engineering studios, progressing from engineer to project manager and leading numerous large-scale projects in Austria and neighbouring countries. Most recently, he served as a Senior Project Manager for the client at DLH Management Austria GmbH, where he was responsible for the construction of Industrial Campus Vienna East, Austria’s largest logistics park.

Germany and Austria are priority geographies for MLP Group’s expansion. Presently, the developer has a portfolio comprising five business and logistics parks in Germany and one business park in Austria. With more projects in the pipeline, the Group plans to strengthen and expand its presence, especially in the regions where it has already established a foothold, i.e. the Ruhr area, Brandenburg and Hessen land. In Austria, the spotlight in 2024 will be on the imminent completion of MLP Business Park Vienna, strategically situated near the heart of the capital city. The handover of the completed space is scheduled for the end of this year.
