Clarion Partners announces new MD and co-head of EMEA distribution

Clarion Partners LLC, a leading real estate investment manager, announced that Christian Schulte Eistrup has joined the Firm as a Managing Director and Co-Head of EMEA Distribution.

Based in London, Christian will work alongside Co-Head Jeroen Verheijden to distribute Clarion Partners’ global real estate investment solutions to investors across Europe and the Middle East, focused on product development, capital raising, and client management.

Christian joins from KGAL where he served as Head of International Institutional Business and as a member of the firm’s investment committee. Prior to his time with KGAL, he served as a Managing Director at Optimum Asset Management where he was a member of its management and investment committees. Christian brings over 25 years of capital markets experience, including a number of those as Head of EMEA for BlackRock Alternative Specialists – Real Estate. He also held senior roles at MGPA, Corestate Capital, and Morgan Stanley Real Estate.

Christian holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in international economics and finance from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
