
Claudiu Dorcioman Joins DRIM Daniel Distributie FMCG Team
Claudiu Dorcioman joined DRIM Daniel Distributie FMCG as Deputy General Manager. With 20 years of experience in the FMCG industry, Claudiu brings valuable expertise that will further support the development of one of Romania’s leading FMCG distributors, which supplies, among others, Froo stores.
Claudiu Dorcioman’s professional background includes key roles at PepsiCo, both in Romania and Germany. Throughout his career, he has held 11 senior positions, managing teams, distribution operations, and complex sales channels. He has developed commercial strategies and partnership models that have driven sustainable growth. In his most recent role, he managed the HoReCa sector, traditional trade, and fuel station channel in Germany, with full P&L responsibility, market development, and commercial activation across multiple categories. He now brings this experience to his new role.
In his role as Deputy General Manager, Claudiu reports directly to Radu Trandafir, General Manager of DRIM Daniel Distributie FMCG.

DRIM Daniel Distributie is one of the largest FMCG distribution networks in Romania, currently employing over 800 people. Over its 30+ years of activity, the company has built an extensive logistics infrastructure, supplying approximately 13,000 traditional retail stores. In 2024, the Żabka Group acquired a majority stake in DRIM, enabling its expansion into the Romanian market under the Froo brand.
