CMS strengthens Real Estate practice in Poland
CMS announced that Adriana Andrzejewska will join the firm as a partner in its Real Estate practice in Warsaw. Adriana rejoins CMS following roles at Addleshaw Goddard and Linklaters. She brings extensive experience advising domestic and international investors on complex real estate transactions across the hospitality, office, logistics, retail park and residential sectors. Her practice has a particular focus on the hospitality sector, working with clients and leading hotel operators across the market.
Her appointment will also support greater collaboration across CMS’s Central and Eastern European (CEE) network, as international capital continues to play an important role in the Polish real estate market.
Andrzej Pośniak, Managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe and Managing Partner for CMS Poland, said: “We are delighted to welcome Adriana back to CMS. Her appointment is an important step in our strategy to further strengthen our market-leading real estate offering in Poland and across CEE. As investment patterns evolve and international capital continues to seek opportunities across the region, clients increasingly need advisers who combine deep local market knowledge with international perspective. Adriana brings exactly that combination, and her arrival reinforces our ambition to remain at the forefront of the market.”
Agata Jurek-Zbrojska, Head of Real Estate and Construction at CMS Poland, said: “Adriana brings extensive experience advising on complex real estate transactions and a particularly strong track record in the hospitality sector. Her arrival adds further depth to our Real Estate practice and enhances our ability to support clients across a broad range of asset classes.
