Colliers Czech Republic Appoints Three New Equity Partners
Colliers announced the introduction of its partnership model in the Czech Republic, establishing a new local equity partnership structure. As of June 2026, Katarína Brydone, Jana Vlková and Vendula Maršová have been appointed as the first Equity Partners in the Czech business.

Katarína Brydone, Managing Partner
Katarína Brydone, Managing Director of Colliers in the Czech Republic, becomes one of the founding Equity Partners under the newly established structure. She is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the business, its commercial performance, and the continued development of the firm’s integrated service platform.
She brings more than 20 years of experience in international real estate, having worked both within advisory firms and on the client side, including international and local real estate funds. Over the course of her career, she has led investment transactions exceeding €3 billion in total value and has delivered numerous asset management strategies focused on repositioning assets across the Czech market.
In her role, she drives the execution of Colliers’ growth strategy in the Czech Republic, including expanding service lines, strengthening client relationships, and building a fully integrated, cross-service business model. She works closely with regional leadership across Central and Eastern Europe to align local operations with global priorities.
An experienced leader and manager, Katarína Brydone is focused on developing high-performing teams and embedding an entrepreneurial mindset across the organisation. Her role effectively reflects that of a managing partner, connecting local market execution with Colliers’ broader global vision.
Jana Vlková, Partner
Jana Vlková is one of the most respected office market experts in the Czech Republic, with more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. At Colliers, she leads the Workplace Advisory and Office Agency teams and has been instrumental in developing advisory services related to workplace strategy and office solutions.
She advises both occupiers and landlords, helping clients optimise their real estate strategies and adapt their workplace environments to evolving business needs. She has been involved in leading several successful projects for both local companies and global brands, such as SAP, Rohlík Group and UniCredit Bank. Her expertise has contributed to a wide range of successful projects for both local companies and global corporations.
Vendula Maršová, Partner
Vendula Maršová, Partner and Head of Valuation and Advisory Services, brings more than 16 years of experience in real estate valuation and advisory. She provides comprehensive services to investors, financial institutions, and developers across all major asset classes.
Throughout her career, she has conducted appraisals for a wide range of purposes: from financing and loan monitoring to accounting and auditing, as well as for client acquisitions, sales and strategic decision-making. She has experience assessing all key types of real estate: office buildings, retail projects including shopping centres, industrial and logistics facilities, residential properties, as well as developer-led projects and land appraisals. She also has experience coordinating assessments of large portfolios for international institutions, local investors and leading financial institutions. She plays a key role in maintaining the quality, credibility, and analytical depth of Colliers’ advisory services.
