Colliers International strengthens its new technology team
Colliers International has appointed Maciej Plichta as its New Technology Solutions Manager. His duties will include supporting the company and its clients in advising on new technologies, as well as presenting and implementing specific solutions. Maciej will also take care of the PropTech innovations offered by Colliers, including the Office App and a platform for workplace booking in coworks – Colliers Mobility Pass.

Only this year have we introduced two solutions to our offer which support the functioning of companies in the new reality. One is Office App, which helps manage office space, with 70 functionalities, including mobile access and navigation inside the building, smart car parking and virtual reception. The second is Colliers Mobility Pass – the first platform in Poland to give access to over 5,000 coworks around the world, including more than 60 in our country. Maciej is an innovation and startup investments professional with over 10 years of experience in venture capital, business development and advisory across a diversified project portfolio. During his work at innogy Innovation Hub, Maciej’s core sector of interest was PropTech and ConsTech. He has actively searched for innovative technologies addressing the challenges of the real estate sector across European and Israeli startup ecosystems. He has established partnerships between selected startups and real estate clients and partners, which led to the successful implementation of new technologies into business environments. As a venture capital investor, Maciej has been sourcing technology startups and executing investment deals. Moreover, he has been an active member of the CEE tech scene and startup ecosystem, a mentor in global and regional acceleration programmes, and member of the jury in numerous startup contests.
Maciej graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in finance and banking. He is a CFA Charterholder, which is one of the most prestigious certificates in the world of finance. Maciej is also an active member of the CFA Society Poland.
