Colliers announced that Dorota Pacławska has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), effective October 1, 2021.
Dorota is a highly experienced professional in finance in an international environment with more than 16 years of experience. At Colliers she has been in charge of management planning processes, implementation and supervision of cost control procedures, organization and supervision of Compliance Department, restructuration of Legal Department and legal processes within the company.
Dorota joined Colliers 11 years ago from KPMG where she was in charge of audit engagements in the real estate, retail and industrial sectors.
She is a certified Polish Statutory Auditor as well as ACCA Member.
In her new role, Dorota will work closely with Monika Rajska-Wolińska, CEO, CEE, and the wider executive leadership across the six countries: Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria and Romania. Dorota will be part of the strategic decisions made in the region and she will report to Monika Rajska-Wolinska as well as to Davoud Amel-Azizpour, Chief Financial Officer, EMEA.
