CPIPG strengthens its office leasing team

Ewelina Szczepaniak joined the office space leasing team of CPI Property Group (CPIPG) in Poland as Leasing Manager – Offices and thus strengthened a department responsible for the lease of 20 office buildings in Warsaw with a combined area of 516,000 sqm.

Ewelina Szczepaniak specialises in creating and implementing strategies for leasing office properties, while also working closely with tenants from various sectors and effectively negotiating contracts. Her career path includes working for LCP, Knight Frank and, most recently, Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN). Her responsibilities as a Leasing Manager include winning new tenants, negotiating lease conditions, building and maintaining a network of business contacts and implementing the established leasing strategy. Ewelina is responsible for leasing numerous buildings including myhive Park Postępu, myhive IO-1 and the Eurocentrum Office Complex.
