CTP APPOINTS NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR FOR ROMANIA
CTP has appointed Jovan Radosavljevic as its new Managing Director for Romania, in a significant move that will drive the business’s strategic growth in the country. Jovan will oversee CTP’s continued expansion in Romania, the second largest country in Central and Eastern Europe, and build on its existing 3 million sqm GLA portfolio of modern, innovative and sustainable business parks in the country that are home to an array of multinational businesses from a wide variety of sectors from retail to technology.
CTP also has a 3.8 million sqm landbank in Romania for future development, and under Jovan’s leadership, this will continue to be built out as businesses increasingly look to Romania to meet logistics requirements due to factors including its competitively priced labour, location within the EU and quality infrastructure connecting it to the rest of Europe.
Jovan joins CTP from a major multinational beverage company, where he spent 26 years in different roles, including six years as the company’s Head of Operations in Romania. He also held other senior roles for the company including Sales Director for Romania and General Manager in North Macedonia. He implemented a range of successful strategies that drove performance and long-term growth, alongside pioneering new approaches to sustainability and environmental initiatives.
Remon Vos, CEO of CTP Group said: “Bringing Jovan on board as our new MD for Romania is a great success for CTP. He has an outstanding track record, so we are excited that he has chosen to continue his professional journey with us and support our growth in this major rapidly expanding market. I know he will further support our positive and energetic culture, which coupled with his passion for business will drive our continued success in Romania.”
Jovan Radosavljevic, Managing Director for Romania at CTP, commented: “I am excited for a new challenge at CTP, a company that stands out for its ambitious, long-term approach to real estate development and its strong, client-focused partnerships. Today’s modern businesses increasingly want their logistics space to be built around amenities that can support their employees and local communities and help make their lives better. CTP understands this, which is why it continues to grow across CEE and attract more and more new clients. I look forward to leading CTP in Romania as we develop new CTParks and expand existing ones, helping to support the country’s further economic expansion and enabling businesses to flourish.”
