Cushman & Wakefield appoints Head of Workplace Strategy
Mariola Bitner has over 18 years of experience as a project manager in the office, warehouse, industrial and service projects. Over the past few years, in her role as a workplace strategy expert, she has been in charge of many projects implementing the hybrid work model for clients, including both office reconfiguration and reorganization and change management among employees. As a Client Account Manager, she was responsible for office fit-out projects in EMEA, playing a key role in coordinating international project teams.
As Head of Workplace Strategy in Poland, Mariola will continue to develop her local team and implement new technologies in such areas as workplace strategy, change management, WELL certification and ESG in response to the growing expectations of clients and the changing business environment. Mariola is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s sustainability team with key responsibility for WELL certification.
