Denis Cupic is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and an expert for turnaround and complex properties in challenging economic times. As a project leader and key account manager, he has supported corporate clients including REWE, IKEA Industrial, ALDI, Westgate, and a number of banks and other financial institutions on the Central and Eastern European real estate market. In parallel with his responsibilities with redserve, the 44-year-old heads the Croatian real estate management group F. O. / Group. Cupic is involved in professional bodies such as the Association of Property Developers, of which he is president, and heads the Croatian Organization of Non-Food Retailers and Shopping Centers.
