
Dirk-Jan Gondrie appointed Europe Head of Real Estate at Dentons
Global law firm Dentons has appointed Amsterdam-based partner Dirk-Jan Gondrie as Europe Head of Real Estate for the term ending December 2027. In his new role, he will be responsible for the strategy and leadership of the Real Estate practice across Europe, with a strong focus on developing talent and fostering a high-performance culture across the region.
In addition to his new European role, Dirk-Jan Gondrie leads the Real Estate practice in the Netherlands. He has 18 years’ experience advising leading international and Dutch institutional investors and developers on logistics, data centre, residential, office, retail, and hotel projects. He has extensive experience with domestic and cross-border real estate transactions involving single assets as well as portfolios. His practice also encompasses property development, leasing, asset management, and real estate-related restructuring. In addition to his legal work, he is a lecturer at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate (ASRE).
