Investment in infrastructure and sustainable development are priorities for governments around the world. This applies to both developing markets feeling the pressure from population growth and industrialisation, and developed markets facing the challenge of modernising ageing resources. Global investment needs in infrastructure present both significant challenges and unique opportunities. DLA Piper Poland’s cooperation with experienced experts who provide holistic support on both legal, economic and strategic issues is the answer.
“It is my priority to support clients in projects of high regulatory and contractual complexity, taking into account the latest developments in the international market,” says Jan Styliński. “As someone who works in the field of construction and “PPPs, I am looking forward to having the opportunity to work with a team that appreciates the importance of collaboration at the interface between law and economics.”
Jan Styliński’s new role at the firm is a natural step towards interdisciplinary advice that responds to the increasing complexity of investment projects.
