
Elżbieta Majdan Joins Savills Poland as Associate Director
Savills is strengthening its Property & Asset Management department. Elżbieta Majdan joins as Associate Director and will be responsible for managing and developing commercialisation strategies for retail properties. She brings with her 15 years of experience in delivering key projects in the retail market, which she will now apply to her new role.
In recent years, Elżbieta worked as an Asset Manager at EPP, where she was responsible for the development and leasing of properties such as Galeria Młociny in Warsaw and Galeria Amber. Her work focused on increasing asset value and optimising operational costs.
Previously, she spent over four years at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield as a Leasing Manager. During that time, she independently managed the commercialisation of Westfield Arkadia – the largest shopping centre in Poland – where she coordinated the mall’s expansion and the launch of the first Victoria’s Secret store in continental Europe. She was also responsible for creating and leasing the largest food court in Poland, introducing 12 new dining concepts and leading numerous tenant relocations. She was involved in leasing projects for Galeria Mokotów, Galeria Wileńska, and Wroclavia.
Elżbieta Majdan holds two master’s degrees from the Warsaw School of Economics in Finance & Accounting and Management. She also studied at Viadrina University in Frankfurt (Oder). She is fluent in English, German, and Spanish. In her personal life, she is interested in architecture and urban planning and is passionate about travel, sailing, and interior design.
