Emil Domeracki joins Walter Herz as Partner

Emil Domeracki, a leader with exceptional analytical and advisory expertise and extensive experience in executing investment projects in the commercial real estate sector in Poland and the UK, joins Walter Herz as a partner and shareholder. He will be responsible for strategic initiatives as well as business planning and development in the area of land investment.

In his new role, Emil will manage the development of land investment projects. As a Partner, his responsibilities will include strengthening and expanding relationships with investors, acquiring land, and seeking the most efficient ways to utilize it and increase its value based on market analysis.

Emil Domeracki has over twenty years of experience in executing investment transactions in the commercial real estate sector and financial markets in Poland and the UK. He gained expert knowledge in this field by working with private equity investors, real estate funds, and development companies. Throughout his career, he has been involved in transactions totaling over PLN 8 billion.

Emil managed land investments at the British company Realty Corporation. For over 15 years, he co-created the land department at Colliers Poland, where in recent years he held a director position, specializing in land purchase and sale transactions, as well as providing comprehensive real estate services for financial investors. He was also involved in the development of the BTR/PRS sector in Poland.

In his professional career, Emil also served as an advisor to the management boards of BRE Bank and HypoVereisen Bank. He has experience in creating sales departments at Raiffeisen Bank, CitiCorp, and ERA (currently T-Mobile). Recently, he was the Head of the Land Investment Department at British Fund Realty Corporation, where he coordinated expansion into the Polish market, searching for investment land at an early planning stage and handling land sales in Poland.

Among Emil’s special qualifications are his ability to collaborate with local authorities and work on special legislation enabling a fast process for changes in land planning.
