Eva Lovětínská Named Partner at Cushman & Wakefield

Eva Lovětínská has been named Partner at Cushman & Wakefield. She is also becoming Head of Office Asset Leasing in the Office Agency team.

Eva Lovětínská has been active in the commercial real estate market for more than 20 years and has gained experience from both the landlord/developer as well as agency side. In 2017, she joined Cushman & Wakefield where she specializes in landlord representation. Her main focus is on Office Asset Leasing – high added value consultancy which aims at maximising office owners‘ assets value through leasing and marketing strategies and capex recommendations.

In her new role as Head of Office Asset Leasing, Eva will concentrate on providing top-quality office asset leasing services. The goal is to maximize the revenue growth potential of every mandated building through the implementation of value-creating, in cooperation with Property Management, PDS, ESG and Investment teams at Cushman & Wakefield.

Eva Lovětínská graduated from the Prague University of Economics and Business, her Major being International Trade. She also received a Master’s degree in real Estate at Sheffield Hallam University. She is a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

Eva enjoys spending time with her family; she is interested in history, literature and foreign languages.
