
Ewa Nowak joins Newmark Polska
Ewa Nowak, a commercial property valuer, has joined the Valuation Department of international real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska as Senior Associate.

Ewa Nowak has more than 20 years of real estate experience. She specialises in valuing shopping centres, office buildings, industrial parks, hotels, owner-occupied properties and investment land across Poland for domestic and international investors, developers and banks. She graduated from the Kraków University of Economics (Real Estate and Investment Economics), Sheffield Hallam University (Real Estate Valuation and Property Management) and the Warsaw University of Technology (Real Estate Valuation and ESG in Construction). Ewa is a licensed property valuer in Poland (license no. 4639), a Recognised European Valuer (REV) and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). She is named on the list of property valuers held by the Polish Banks Association and is a member of the Mazovian Association of Property Valuers. Before joining Newmark Polska, she served as Director at advisory firm Polish Properties Valuation Services, having previously worked for King Sturge. Ewa also runs property valuation courses and continues to develop her expertise, focusing on emerging market trends.
