GARBE strengthens development team in the Czech Republic

GARBE has announced the expansion of its team in the Czech Republic. Experienced real estate professional Zuzana Štěpánková is joining the company as Business Development Manager.

Between 2020 and 2025, Zuzana Štěpánková worked at IO Partners (formerly JLL) as a Senior Consultant. She was responsible for advisory services and client representation in the leasing of industrial and logistics premises in the Czech Republic, managing the entire process from initial contact and property presentations to the closing of transactions. At GARBE, Zuzana will take on the role of Business Development Manager, focusing on developing new business opportunities, leasing property projects, marketing, and tenant communication, including maintaining long-term partnerships with business clients.
