Greenberg Traurig announces counsel promotions
Greenberg Traurig has promoted the following attorneys in the Warsaw office:
- Olga Durawa, elevated to Counsel
- Mateusz Koronkiewicz, elevated to Counsel
- Adam Narloch, elevated to Counsel
- Agnieszka Stopińska, elevated to Counsel
In another strategic move following the establishment of the new ESG practice in Poland, the relocation to the new landmark office in Varso Tower, and the recent significant expansion of the Warsaw Energy and Natural Resources team led by the arrival of Partner and Practice Head Konrad Kosicki and Counsel Dorota Derlicka, Greenberg Traurig continues its long tradition of industry leadership and excellence with the announcement of several Counsel nominations in Poland.
The lawyers recently promoted to Counsel represent three practice areas: Real Estate, Banking and Finance, and Corporate/M&A.
In addition, the following attorneys were promoted to Senior Associates: Michał Bałdowski, Iga Czerniak, Mateusz Rydzewski and Grzegorz Socha.
The newly appointed Senior Associates represent four practice areas: Capital Markets, Real Estate, Corporate/M&A, Banking & Finance.

Olga Durawa specializes in real estate law. She assists foreign and domestic investors on real estate sales and acquisitions and related restructurings, as well as on M&A transactions, including joint ventures. Recently she has advised investors mainly on projects in the office and logistics sectors.
Mateusz Koronkiewicz focuses his practice on various types of corporate and finance matters, in particular in relation to mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. He assists clients in leveraged finance, project finance (with an emphasis on the real estate sector) and venture capital transactions.
Adam Narloch advises investors on real estate transactions and also on a wide range of issues relating to the construction process (both with respect to permit matters and in negotiating agreements and settlements with contractors). For several years, Adam has been particularly focused on advising the data centre industry. He also has significant experience in handling investments in shopping centres, office buildings and warehouses.
Agnieszka Stopińska has years of experience in advising international and domestic clients, private equity funds and the largest Polish corporates on corporate matters, including M&A transactions. She advised Polish and foreign corporations on multiple transactions, including within the TMT, RES and financial sector.
